Kids Wrestling

Wrestling is great for kids as it helps develops basic athletic skills, Wrestling is one of those sports that requires a lot of body control. It isn’t enough to be able to run, jump, or throw. You have to be able to use your neck, your back, your arms, your legs, and everything else that you can control to help win a wrestling bout, wrestling training involves various movements that will help your child develop important athletic skills. Classes are conducted by a Master of Wrestling Oleg Poloz.

The training sessions include: acrobatics, gymnastics, physical training, and core studies and various methods of fighting and struggling as well as defense techniques in Freestyle Wrestling. This kind of fighting is universal and very diverse and will be useful to anyone in life.

Freestyle Wrestling is brilliant for children, it makes them brave, strong, and most importantly educated and disciplined. Wrestling not only develops physical characteristics, but also the quality of life, love and respect for family and friends, courage, and determination to succeed and overcome difficult tasks.
