CLASSES AT MTK MARBELLA
The classes at MTK Marbella are FREE with your membership and Under 16’s train FREE at no cost at all. Our fitness classes range from burning fat, to gaining lean muscle and increasing strength & endurance. We also provide classes for Boxing (Adults and Kids), MMA, Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing (Adults & Kids), Muay Thai and Wrestling (Kids).
Guaranteed to burn fat fast and build lean muscle with our high intensity “Extreme Circuits” with Mimi Perez. By doing short but intense anaerobic exercises with less recovery time than normal you’ll burn fat faster and tone up with a full body workout. if you are short on time but big on fitness, this is for you. Classes Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9.30-10.30.
If your goal is to tone your legs and glutes, then the Intense Glutes class with Mimi Perez at 9.30am is a must, giving your lower body a curvier, yet still muscular appearance. When the legs show good tone and definition, it really enhances the overall image of the body, making it well worth your time and effort. Every Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 9.30am.
This class will enhance your flexibility and strengthen your body. Allow the body to stretch, detoxify, relieve stress, tone, and heal chronic pain such as arthritis, joint aches, knee injuries, back problems, and more with experienced instructor Oksana Pavlenko. Classes Monday and Wednesday at 10.30am. Important to come to this class hydrated.
This class with ex-professional and qualified Instructor Albert Ayrapetyan will teach you the basics of boxing, learn and improve on punching, boxer’s stance, footwork, sparring, training and fitness. Albert will show you the basic techniques which makes fighting easier for beginners while encouraging good habits. Classes Tues, Wed & Thurs at 10am.
K1 Kickboxing every evening Monday to Friday at 19:30 in MTK Marbella with experienced instructor Adrian Guerrero offers Kickboxing for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Kickboxing classes offers self defence plus a lot of health benefits including an increase in fitness, stamina, weight loss, coordination and discipline.
Muay Thai Class with Rafi Zouheir offers classes 16:00 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri), Like most competitive full contact fighting sports, training Muay Thai is fantastic for body conditioning. Muay Thai is specifically designed to promote the level of fitness and toughness required for ring competition. Training regimens include many staples of combat sport conditioning.
As one of the most intense sports out there, mixed-martial arts demands more strength and endurance than most other workouts, Mixed Martial Arts is the fastest growing sport in the world. MMA encompasses disciplines from various martial arts and Olympic sports, such as boxing, kick-boxing, karate, jiu-jitsu, muay thai, tae kwon do, wrestling and judo.
Considered one of the most effective martial arts on the planet, it’s a combat sport system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. With Experienced Instructor Vinicius Moura Barbosa who started Jiu Jitsu at the age of 18 in the world famous Gracie Barra gym in Rio de Janeiro.
