If you’re looking for a full-body workout and you are short on time, then you need Extreme Circuits with qualified instructor Mimi Perez. You get the benefits of muscle building and toning along with an intense cardio workout. Extreme circuits is a more exciting option than treadmill or standard cardio training.

The objective of this training is to keep you moving by only allowing you to take minimal breaks between exercises. This training is very useful for weight loss, but this training will also improve your strength and muscular endurance.

Regular cardiovascular activity can improve your body’s respiratory system as well as improve muscular function and strength. Also it increases your muscular endurance, this type of training typically provides energy efficiency through muscular activity for a prolonged period of time compared to movements requiring short bursts of power. Extreme Circuits when practised correctly can significantly improve posture, increase type ll muscle fibres resulting in an increase in power.
