Adults Boxing Class
Learn to box with experienced Professional Boxers. Your goal may be to improve your self defence, get in shape, feel more confident or enhance your boxing skills. At MTK Marbella, our experienced instructor and ex-professional Albert Ayrapetyan will guide you on the basic skills, how to punch and the different types, getting your stance and footwork right using drills, punching the bags, improving your speed with the pads, non-contact sparring and a great strength and conditioning workout.
