Unbeaten Scottish super-welterweights Kieran Smith and Michael McGurk have signed management deals with MTK Global.
Southpaw ‘Chopper’ Smith (10-0-KO5) and current WBC Silver world youth champion McGurk (10-0-KO3) are both just 24 and determined to reach the pinnacle of the sport.
Smith said: “I chose MTK Global because they’re the fastest-growing management company in the world. I’m confident they will get me the opportunities I’ve been working for.
“I want to be in the biggest fights and my ultimate goal is to become a champion of the world. Mark my words it will happen. I wouldn’t have turned professional if I didn’t believe it.”
McGurk said: “MTK Global have risen to the top quickly and that’s what I want to do too.
“The calibre of boxers they have in their stable is amazing and now I need to progress through the ranks and get to where I want to be.
“My career goals are simple; I want to fight the best, beat the best and be the best. I want to win major titles and make a name for myself and a life for myself. I know MTK Global will get me there.”
